A Washington County, NY, grand jury filed a felony drug possession charge against Trey yesterday. The degree of the charge is not yet public, but represents an upgrade from misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and indicates a grand jury finding that there was sufficient evidence for the DA to bring a felony case.As reported earlier (see below), Trey was arrested December 15th with 60 pills (prescribed to someone else) and heroin, after crossing into the wrong lane, while driving with a license that had been suspended because he failed to show up for a previous court date.
