Trey Pleads Not Guilty

Trey attended his arraigment hearing with wife Sue today, having instructed his attorney "not to fight the charges", according to the Burlington Free Press, which reports his attorney Steve Coffey as saying he had told him, "I’m here to face the consequences and work it out with the court and go on with my life." He plead not guilty, however, was released on bail, and is scheduled to return to Washington County Court on March 27.
